Builders in the Denver Metropolitan area cooperate with Realtors in the sale of their product through adherence to rules imposed on both builder and REALTORŪ by the Builder Realtor Council. Builders do not charge any extra because a buyer is represented by an agent whom they will pay under the agreement. Nor do they charge any less if a buyer is not represented by an agent. It simply makes no sense to go it alone in this area.
